Scholarship for Drug Addicts?

when first i heard about the idea idiot of "supplying condom & needle to drug addicts to prevent AIDS" my heart saying "baik bagi elaun kat penganggur cam haku!" :))

i think those ministers are all tgh gila nak cipta sejarah ar tuh. pas satu-satu idea yang kurang diterima akal yg disuggest. isk..isk..isk. (remember miah's comment on minister of higher education about tranferring aerospace course from upm to ukm..). wat sesapa yg nak jd menteri tu jgn laaa kejar nama. utamakan welfare kami!!!

i don't have any idea about the suggestion, even if i have tons of ideas it worths nothing but left as ideas :)) & i'm just lazy to say anything. rugi air liur je...

maybe one day there'll be scholarship for those backstreet doctors? or at least allowance? to ensure they could pay themselves for condoms, needles and better drugs.

ah, better give the funds to us la... these unemployed grads.. appedaaa...
